Product Description

The core function of the hydraulic breaker pin is to connect the breaker hammer with the front arm of the excavator. It fixes the hydraulic breaker by matching the dimensions of the front arm of the excavator and the I-beam frame, and simultaneously transmits the force and motion required for the crushing operation. 

Its key functions can be summarized into two points: 

1.Connection and positioning: Precisely assemble the impact drill with the key components of the excavator to ensure that all components work together in their fixed positions, preventing structural damage caused by relative displacement. 

2.Transmitting load and buffering: During the crushing operation, the pin shaft needs to withstand the huge axial and radial forces generated when the piston impacts the drill rod, and it also buffers the vibration through its own strength to prevent the components from failing due to stress concentration.
