Product Description
The main body of the hydraulic breaker mechanism is the power core and energy transmission center of the breaker. Its core function is to efficiently convert the hydraulic energy input from the hydraulic system into the high-frequency impact mechanical energy of the drill rod, ultimately achieving the breaking operation.
Its specific functions can be divided into three points:
1.Energy conversion: The high-pressure oil supplied by the hydraulic pump is received. Through the reciprocating motion of the piston inside the mechanism, the hydraulic energy is converted into the kinetic energy of the piston.
2. High-frequency impact: The piston is driven to repeatedly strike the tail of the drill rod at an extremely high speed (typically hundreds of times per minute), transferring kinetic energy to the drill rod and causing it to undergo a powerful impact.
3. Stable operation: Through the internal precise structure (such as valve groups, seals, guide sleeves), the flow and pressure of the hydraulic oil are controlled to ensure the stability of the piston movement, the consistency of the impact frequency, and to prevent the leakage of hydraulic oil, thus ensuring the continuous and reliable operation of the breaker hammer.
